 October 2005
A couple of months ago, Tina received a package
from a long time friend, Scott Russell.  He had
sent her a forgotten copy of a Los Angeles based
magazine called, No Mag which has one of the
weirdest (but one of her favorite) interviews with
 Tina Winter
you'll ever read.  This particular issue
was distributed in 1983 and also includes early
interviews with the Vandals, Social Distortion,
 the Mentors and more.

Click on the photo to read the interview.

 2005
 Voodoo Church
would like to thank all of those
who were able to make it to the Key Club for the
DIVAS OF DEATHROCK show.  Big thanks to
Eva O for all her hard work and making it happen!

 2005
The WGT was so amazing that it's hard so sum up the experience into a few words.
The turnout for Voodoo Church's first European performance was incredible.  The hall
was filled to maximum capacity packed with people from wall to wall.  While at the WGT,
the band was also involved with three autograph signings and a magazine photo shoot
making the event quite a busy one for the band.

Voodoo Church would like to thank STROBELIGHT RECORDS for making all of this possible.  They went
above and beyond their record label duties and showed incredible support to all of the bands on their label.
Thanks to Margret and all the wonderful people at WGT, the sound and lighting people did a terrific job.  It
was also great so see some familiar friends there like Frank the Baptist and Mark Splatter.  Thanks also
goes out to Eva O for making that late night McDonalds run so much fun.  The band would also like to thank
all the people of Germany who were so kind to them everywhere they went.

Voodoo Church played at the WGT on Sunday, May 18th in the main venue, Agra Halle with Eva O,
Diary of Dreams and The Human League.  Click HERE to see the line-up for this night.

 2005
 Voodoo Church
goes to Germany!
From May 13 through the 16th, Voodoo Church will be at the Wave Gotik Treffen festival in Leipzig, Germany.
This will be Voodoo Church's first European appearance and the band is looking forward to meeting all of the
fans there who have been waiting so long for this to happen.  Other than the first ever live European performance,
The band will be doing three autograph sessions so there will plenty of chances to meet Voodoo Church in person.

Shadow - R.I.P.

In October, Tina Winter received a phone call from Jeff Porter with news
that Shadow passed away due to long term liver complications.  Both
Jeff Porter (bass) and Shadow (rhythm guitar) appeared on the classic
1982 Voodoo Church EP along with Tina Winter, Bob Reimer and Chris C.

Tina remembers Shadow as a kind and gentle person who even though
was always quite, knew how to make a lot of noise with his guitar.

Shadow shall now forever "Live With the Dead"!
